The applicants, who are original claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 743 days in preferring first appeal. 4.

The delay as explained in the application needs to be condoned. The respondents have not seriously objected the application except to contend that in case the appeal is allowed, the applicants may not be entitled to interest for the delayed period.
