Heard. This petition is filed for the following reliefs : (C) By appropriate writ order or direction the respondent No.2 District Collector, Osmanabad may kindly be directed to conduct the inquiry against the respondent No.6 to 12 on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner dated 19/12/2018 regarding preparation of the forged and fabricated proceedings of the year 1951 thereby posing that the said order was passed by the office of the Additional Collector in the year 1951. (D) By appropriate writ order or direction the respondent No.3 to 5 may kindly be directed to lodge the F.I.R.

against the respondent No.6 to 12 on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner dated 15/02/2019 and 16/02/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the Collector had constituted a 5 Member Committee to enquire into the matter. The Committee was headed by an officer in the rank of Deputy Collector. The learned counsel has placed on record a report submitted by the Committee. The conclusion arrived at by the Committee unanimously suggests that the F.I.R. needs to be registered.

In view of the above, the respondent No.2 is directed to act upon this report and ensure that the crime is registered pursuant to the conclusion arrived at by the 5 Member Committee appointed by himself.

The petition thus stands disposed of.
