Learned advocates for the parties are ad idem that dispute between the applicant and the respondent has been settled under a compromise, which has been recorded and verified by the parties as well as by their advocates. Mediator appears to have made a report on 11th September, 2015 that mediation has been successful pursuant to broad terms of settlement. According to learned advocates for the parties, the same terms have now been incorporated in the compromise deed, verified on affidavit today. The compromise deed is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 2.

Learned advocates communicate to the court that they

{2} mca62-15 have got verified the terms of settlement, and those are reasonable and the parties have accepted the same to be reasonable. Learned advocates state that the parties are present in the court and they have identified the parties. 3.
