The affdavit dated 10.01.2020 placed on record by Respondent No.2, states that as per clause no.27 of the agreement, the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, has nominated the Collector, Aurangabad, to be approached by the applicant for redressing his grievance and the claim of the applicant is pending before the learned Collector. Mr.Thigle, learned Counsel for the applicant, submits that he would be satisfed if the Collector is directed to decide the claim of the applicant within a reasonable period and he would not

The statements made by both the learned Counsels is accepted. The Collector, Aurangabad, is directed to decide the claim of the applicant, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
