Challenge in this Writ Petition is the observation made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon while condoning delay in filing the Revision application by the present petitioner. However, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already deposited the amount as directed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and he is prosecuting the Revision before the learned trial Court, no orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
