1] Heard. Perused the award passed by the Tribunal.

2] Learned counsel for the applicantappellant submits that in terms of the award passed, the applicant-appellant is ready to deposit the amount of Rs.20,03,750/- with interest at the rate of 8% p.a. from the date of filing of the application till its realization within six [6] weeks from today in this Court. It is submitted that the applicant-appellant has good case to succeed in appeal. In case the execution of the award is not stayed, the very purpose of filing appeal would be frustrated.

4] Failure to deposit the amount, stay granted stands vacated.
