Since the learned advocate, Mr. Bhandari is on the panel of the Municipal Corporation Aurangabad, we requested him to take instructions and assist the Court.

The petitioner's contract with regard to waste management has been terminated by the Corporation purportedly on account of certain lapses. Clause 15 of the contract between the parties provides for resolution of any dispute by referring it to an arbitrator.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the

2 wp 6850.23 petitioner would withdraw this petition and avail of the remedy of approaching the arbitrator or filing a civil suit for recovery. 4.

In view of the above, the this petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
