It would be open for the petitioner to approach the State Government challenging the order passed by the Collector on 06.04.2017. It is the contention of petitioner that the action taken by the Collector shall have to be confirmed by the State Government in view of Circular dated 3rd June 2008 and, there is yet no confirmation by the State Government in respect of the action taken by the Collector on 06.04.2017.

If the petitioner approaches the State Government by presenting appropriate appeal/application, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of
