PER COURT:- 1) Heard. The learned AGP appearing for the State has tendered across Bar the affidavit in reply of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Same is taken on record. In para 15 of the said affidavit in reply, it is stated that, the proposal regarding absorption of the petitioner on Class-III post as per the Government policy is sanctioned and within a period of two weeks, the appointment order in favour of the petitioner would be issued by the competent authority. In that view of the matter, the grievance raised in the petition stands redressed.

In the light of above, the petition is disposed of.

5970-15wp.odt 2) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned AGP, graciously submit that, an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) deposited towards costs may be given to the Library of High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad, particularly for purchasing the books.

3) We direct the Registry to divert the said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Aurangabad for purchasing books for the benefit of members of Bar Association.
