The present civil application is filed seeking permission to float tender for making motichur laddus, bundi and burfi for the year 2020-2021 by spending an amount of Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rs. Two Crores only).

We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant, the learned A. G. P. for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. Talekar, the learned counsel for the respondent/non applicant. 3.

The applicant shall give E-tender notice and shall invite E-
