Mr. Manorkar, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 4 submits that, the petitioners have remedy before the arbitrator to seek enhanced compensation amount.

In view of that, though Mr. Darak, the learned counsel for petitioners sought to canvas submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. In
