Shri Godbole, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant - original petitioner be permitted to approach the authority concerned taking claim for appointment on full time basis, in view of the policy of the State Government. He would then urge that, upon such an application being made, he be permitted to approach this court by preferring appropriate application seeking amendment to the petition.
