The applicant seeks approval to continue free education scheme for widows' children and to provide free education to beneficiary children and to grant approval to 26 concessions given under free education scheme for widows' children for the academic year 2018-2019 and also to grant approval to the expenses made on account of concession given to medical bills of Shri Saibaba Hospital and Shri. Sainath Blood Bank in the month of January 2020. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the non-applicants.

Considering that the amount is to be spent for laudable cause that is free education scheme

(2) 75-ca-4488-2020 for widows' children and provide free education to the beneficiary children, so also concession to the needy patients, we allow the application in terms of prayer Clause (B).
