The present proceedings relates to the mutation entry granted in favour of the petitioner, which was set-aside by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The petitioner has also applied for a succession certificate qua the same property before the Civil Judge and the proceedings are pending before the appellate court. The impugned order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner dated 01.03.2013, since it relates to the mutation entry, the same is subject to the outcome of the pending Civil court proceedings.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to interfere in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed.
