The applicant seeks permission to account the amount of Rs.71,72,071/- towards concession given to the patients in Medical Bills pursuant to the Resolution No.295 adopted by Ad-hoc Committee. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the non-applicants.

Considering the fact that the concession is given to the needy patients, we allow the application in terms of prayer Clause (B).
