Heard learned counsel for parties.

The petitioner is before this court, seeking direction for allotment of house under a Government scheme whereas from the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondents no. 1 and 2, it transpires that petitioner's request for allotment of house has been rejected under order dated 26-11-2018. In view of the same, it appears that present petition has been rendered infructuous and loses out on being efficacious. Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of as such. 3.

At this juncture, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to resort to appropriate remedies against order dated 2611-2018.
