These are the two applications for anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 38/2015 and 37/2015. Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, learned counsel in Criminal Application No. 2247 of 2015 and Mr. R.P.Deshpande holding for Mr. J.V. Deshpande, learned counsel in Criminal Application No. 2181 of 2015 submitted that both these F.I.R. are quashed by the Division Bench of this Court on 07/05/2015 in Criminal Application No. 1783 of 2015 and Criminal Application No. 2240 of 2015, which is endorsed by the learned A.P.P. According to the learned counsel, therefore, in view of the order dated 07/05/2015 passed by the Division Bench of this Court and in view of the fact that those F.I.R. are quashed and set aside by the Division Bench, present applications have rendered infructuous and, therefore, prayed for dismissal of the application as infructuous. Statement accepted. The Order dated 07/05/2015 passed by the Division Bench of this Court is also taken on record and it is marked as 'X' for identification.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No. 2247 of 2015 and Criminal Application No. 2181 of 2015 are dismissed as infructuous.
