Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.3. 2.

Both the learned Counsel submit that this Court granted interim protection to the petitioners by order dated 25.09.2023 and the same has been continued from time to time. Therefore, without going into the merits of the petition, both the learned Counsel submit that if this Court directs the learned Trial Court to decide the suit itself expeditiously, the purpose would be served.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of by continuing the interim protection granted earlier by order dated 25.09.2023 till the decision of the suit.

The learned Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits and without being influenced by the order of interim protection passed by this Court, within a period of six (6) months from today. 5.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
