Learned counsel Mr. Bedre on behalf of the applicant states that Advocate MR. S. S. Chapalgaonkar has already put in appearance on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4 and additionally, respondents have been served by private notice. 2.

While the matter is called out, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents which, to a large extent, shows that there is no particular objection to granting of prayers made in civil application.

Thus, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).

Learned counsel for the applicant graciously states that a sum of Rs.1000/- would be donated to Aurangabad Bench high court bar association library within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel urges for continuation of interim relief as had been operating as in all certainty, applicant's possession is likely to be disturbed.

6.

In view of the same, interim relief as had been operating earlier to continue to operate.
