The grievance of the petitioners is that the applications have been

( 2 ) made in January - 2017 to the Sub Divisional Officer, for getting the tribe certificates with correct spelling, the same are not issued. The Committee had directed the petitioners to get the corrected tribe certificates.

The learned Additional / Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

3.

The petitioners shall get the attested copies of the tribe certificates submitted to the Committee. The Committee shall issue the attested tribe certificates to the petitioners within one (1) week. The petitioners shall submit the same to the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer shall after verifying the tribe certificates having being issued shall give the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners within four (04) weeks of the submission of the attested copies of the tribe certificates. 4.

With these observations, writ petitions accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
