ORDER:- 1.

In view of the decision adopted by the Agriculture Council of MCAER, Pune, according approval for extension of one year applicable for the academic year 2017-18, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Copy of the decision communicated on 24.07.2017 is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 2.

It would be open for the petitioner to register his name with the University between 1st to 5th August, 2017. If the petitioner

2 WP5894.2017 complies with the requirements laid down under the policy decision dt. 24.07.2017 taken by the Agriculture Council of MCAER, Pune, he shall be permitted to appear for the examination. 3.

In view of the decision taken by the Agriculture Council of MCAER, Pune, the result of the preceding examination of the petitioner shall have to be directed to be declared and it is accordingly directed. The counsel appearing for the University makes a statement that the University will take appropriate steps. 4.
