The order impugned in this Writ Petition has been passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Latur, in Appeal No. 90/2021 under Section 152 of the Maharashtra CoOperative Societies Act, 1960, there is an alternate efficacious remedy available to the petitioner by way of Revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

In view of the availability of the alternate efficacious remedy, this Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as stated above.

The Revisional Authority while entertaining the Revision shall take into consideration the pendency of this Writ Petition and the petitioner may request for exclusion of period spent in prosecuting this Writ Petition.
