Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State. 2.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No. 0100/2023 registered with police station Naldurg, District Osmanabad for the ofences punishable under Sections 307,324, 143, 147, 148, 149, and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There were cross complaints.

The persons from both groups assaulted each other. Considering the role attributed to the present

939-BA-666-2023.odt applicants the recovery of the weapon and the completion of the investigation, the Court is of the view that the applicants deserve bail on certain conditions.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1 Ankush Arun Rupnoor, applicant No.2 Mahadev Laxuman Rupnoor, applicant No.3 Maruti @ Ajeet Bhanudas Rupnoor, applicant No.4 Vasant Kamalakar Jadhav, applicant No.5 Vitthal Bramhanand Rupnoor be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- each with one solvent surety of the like amount, in aforementioned crime registered with aforementioned police station, on the following conditions :

(a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice, till filing the charge sheet.
