PER COURT :- Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:-

ORDER

I) The applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- on or before 16.04.2019.

II) The applicant to deposit a further sum of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. If the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the stipulated period, no further extension will be granted and the stay shall be vacated without further reference to the Court. III) It would be open for the respondent to withdraw the deposited amount.

{2} WP 2447 OF 2019 IV) Stand over to 18.06.2019.

V) Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.

VI) Civil Application No.4986 of 2019 stands disposed of.
