The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondents to change the name of the petitioner in its record from Anil Chemicals Ltd. to M/s Apt Packaging Ltd. and to accept the Bank Guarantee in the name of M/s APT Packaging Ltd. towards security deposit for High Tension Connection at its Unit at Gut No.72, Pharola, Tal.Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad. 2.

After hearing the parties, we do not find any difficulty for the respondent no.2 Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd. to accept the Bank guarantee in the name of M/s APT Packaging Ltd. and consider the request of the petitioner. It is informed by the Counsel for respondent No.2 that certain procedural formalities are required to be completed. The petitioner undertakes to complete the necessary procedural formalities within four weeks from today. On completion of necessary formalities, respondent no.2 shall accept the Bank guarantee in the name of M/s APT Packaging - agp/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
