Mr.Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that at the time, the affidavit was filed by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the claim made by the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground is pending with the Industrial Relations Machinery, which is a in-house mechanism for dealing with such an application. 2.
In case the Industrial Relations Mechanism has not decided the application, then it would decide it within three months.

In case the claim of the petitioner is negated, liberty to
