The learned Asst. Government Pleader states that the Special Land Acquisition Officer has already determined the amount of rental compensation to be payable to the petitioners and the same shall be paid within six months from today.

In view of the said statement made, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
