The Applicant is praying for disbursement of the amount of Rs.1,90,000/- deposited in this Court with accrued interest. 2.

The parties were litigating in Criminal Writ Petition No.190/2016 which was dismissed vide order dated 29.07.2024, directing Respondent No.1/husband to deposit further amount of arrears of Rs.4,50,000/-. However he did not comply the same, albeit only an amount of Rs.1,90,000/- was deposited in the year 2016. 3.

Applicant is entitled to receive Rs.4,50,000/-. But in part compliance of earlier order, amount of Rs.1,90,000/- is deposited by the Respondent/husband in two installments. There is no reason to doubt the entitlement of the Applicant to receive Rs.1,90,000/- with accrued interest which is lying with this Court,
