The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the delay of 312 days has occurred on account that the applicants/appellants are the poor agriculturist. The land was acquired by the respondents under the nature of compulsory acquisition. The financial condition of applicants was not sound to approach the Court and to pay the court fees and pursue the litigation, and therefore, the delay is caused in filing the first appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the delay of 312 is condoned. The said application is allowed and disposed of.

Office objections, if any in the first appeal, to be removed within a period of three weeks.
