The petitioners have challenged the order dated 12/04/2018 passed by 2nd Jt. Civil Judge [J.D.], Kaij, District Beed. The operative part of the order reads as under :

Application is allowed as under.

Bailiff is hereby directed to visit the suit property and submit his report with respect to crops if any in the suit

2 W.P. 4299.2018 property i.e. survey No. 35/AA to the extent of 00-55 returnable on 26/04/2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the bailiff has submitted the report pursuant to the order passed. Since the order is already implemented, no cause survives to entertain the petition.
