We have heard Mr. Surve, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that, the departmental appeal is filed by the petitioner in the year 2012, however, same is not decided. The directions be issued to decide the same expeditiously. 2.

Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel for respondents on instructions submits that, appeal is pending with the learned Administrative Judge and the petitioner may move an application before the Administrative Judge.

In the light of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with observation that the petitioner may move an application
