3] Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

The appellants will be at liberty to apply for refund of court fees to the extent as permissible under relevant law.

4] The amount, if any, deposited and kept in Fixed Deposit, the same be transferred to the respective Claim Tribunals to be treated as credited towards award passed in respective cases by the Tribunals.

5] Civil Application, if any, pending stands disposed of in terms of the order in Appeals.

6] In view of disposal of Appeals, the claimants would be at liberty to withdraw the amount.
