This is an application seeking amendment to the memo of the Writ Petition. Mr. Patil, learned counsel for respondent No.3 opposes the prayer for amendment.

The Writ Petition is not admitted as yet. The respondents will have opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be amended. Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). It is made clear that there is no interim order passed by this Court with regard to the fresh tenders which are issued after the earlier tender process is recalled.
