Present application is filed seeking permission to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.6 Vatsala Trimbak Rohakale, who died on 5.10.2020.

Apparently, death is caused during Covid period. Application is filed on 21.4.2022.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing the application. The application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed off. WRIT PETITION :- 5.

Amendment in the writ petition be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
