The learned counsel Mr. S.A.P. Quadari causes appearance on behalf of proposed legal heirs of respondent Nos. 3 namely respondent No.3/B/1 to 3B/6 and seeks time to file Vakalatanma, Issue notice to respondent Nos. 3/A and 3/C to 3/H, returnable on 03.12.2024.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The legal representatives of respondent No.1 despite service remained absent. The application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 Qudari begum on record, who admittedly died on 22.10.2021, by condoning the delay of 812 days. The application is not opposed by the concerned legal representatives. As such, considering the delay period, it stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred) to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Amendment be carried out within stipulated period.
