The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 Mr. Korhalkar, on instructions from his client, submits that, the record of Tenancy Case No.7 of 2001 not traceable in the office of Tahsildar at Sangamner. He has also produced on record a communication to that effect address by the Tahsildar to the Respondent No.1. The same is taken on record. It does appear that in the record is not available. Parties are, therefore, to

Place the matter for final disposal on board dated 4th April 2025, by way of last chance.
