We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned A.P.P. submits that the panchnama suggests that the petitioner was trying to sell the sand unauthorisedly. 3.

As the petitioner has remedy of appeal, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. No costs. 4.
