Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.P. for the respondent No.1/State and learned counsel Mr. M.N. Navandar for respondent No.2. Perused the application.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, I do not find any impediment to condone the delay of 80 and 91 days, respectively, caused in filing first appeals in the interest of justice. Hence, the applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. In view of this, the delay caused in filing the First Appeals is hereby condoned. 4.
Registry to take requisite steps for further process.

On registration of Appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State and learned counsel Mr. M.N. Navandar waives service of notice o behalf of respondent No.2-acquiring body.
