According to the applicants delay was caused on account of completing procedural formalities. Learned counsel for the respondent objects for condonation of delay. Smt Shelke submits that in similar matters arising out of the same project delay has been condoned. In view of this, delay is condoned subject to depositing of entire amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon by the applicants within a period of twelve weeks failing which the application for condonation shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
