We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides. The learned AGP submits that Section 11 notification under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been published and very soon the notification under Section 19 would be published in relation to both these matters.

In view of the above and as there is a timeline of one year prescribed under the Act, the Petitioners prayed that the Authorities may be requested to complete the proceedings within one year. 3.

As such, we direct that the proceedings be completed within a year from the date of publication of Section 19 notification. We expect that the notification under Section 19 would be published within 60 days from today.

These Writ Petitions are disposed off.
