The appellants are the original plaintiffs. They had claimed inter alia that the sale deed dated 26 August 1987 executed by one Uttam K. Doijad to be null and void. The respondents are the heirs of Uttam Doijad. The respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 are dead. No steps have been taken to bring on record their legal representatives.
