We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondentZilla Parishad. 2.

The petitioner assails the show cause notice dated 18.01.2018. The said demand notice is in the nature of directing the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.11,73,000/- on account of irregularities/misappropriation committed in the Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan Scheme.

In the present matter we are not inclined to go into the disputed questions of fact. The

(2) 26-wp-4490-2018 petitioner may approach the Divisional Commissioner in that regard and may file the appropriate representation. The Divisional Commissioner is supervisory head of the Zilla Parishad. Upon receiving the application/representation from the petitioner, the Divisional Commissioner shall after going through the record pass appropriate orders. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
