BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.8063/2016 awards impugned in the said appeals on deposit of 60 per cent of the amount of the said awards by the acquiring body. Copy of the said order is placed on record. In view of the submission so made and in view of the order passed by this Court on 13th of December, 2016, in C.A.No.8056/2016, with connected matters, the execution of the award impugned in the present appeal shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the 60 per cent of the amount under the award along with the interest thereon in this Court by the appellant within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
