Mr. Kulkarni, the leaned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2 and submits that the Municipal Corporation, Latur has regularized the construction of the petitioner in March, 2013 and the respondent No. 2 has paid the regularization charges also. The order is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

Mr. Hon, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 1.

In view of the subsequent development i.e. regularization of the construction of the petitioner the grievance made by the petitioner now cannot be considered.
