Heard the respective counsels. The petitioner died on 17.06.2022 leaving behind him the proposed legal heirs. There is delay of 227 days caused in bringing the legal heirs on record. For the reasons mentioned in the application, we pass following order.

The civil application is allowed. The delay caused in bringing the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record has been condoned.

The proposed legal heirs of the petitioner be brought on record by way of amendment.

Amendment be effected within two (02) weeks from today and amended copy be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondents and the office.
