In case there is no other impediment, the result of the applicant shall not be withheld on the ground that her tribe claim is invalidated. 2.

In case, the applicant is otherwise eligible, then the applicant may not be refrained from prosecuting her internship only on the ground that her tribe claim is invalidated. However, internship completion certificate and the degree certificate shall not be issued until further orders of this Court.
