The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is filed with the respondent No. 1 seeking permission to sale the property as per Sec. 36-A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The same is filed on 27th May, 2013, however, same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

In case the proposal is filed by the petitioner with the respondent No. 1 seeking permission to sale the property U/Sec.

2 wp 4935.19 36-A of the M. L. R. Code and if same is pending with the respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 04.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
