After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, sought withdrawal of the writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

By way of the amendment, the petitioners were seeking to challenge a sale-deed of the year 2009 and the opposition was on the ground that same was barred by limitation. Keeping the issue of limitation open, the petitioners may fle an appropriate application seeking to exclude the period caused in prosecuting the present petition. Such application shall be decided in accordance with law.
