1. We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Gondhalekar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing writ petition, petitioner has already paid rent amount upto three years and the same is already accepted by the respondents. 3.

In case, the respondents takes any action against the petitioner, he is at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings against the same as may be permissible in law. If said proceedings are undertaken, all the contentions raised by the petitioner in present writ petitions are kept open.
