1] The present Civil Application is filed to quash and set aside the order passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] dated 15.10.2021, by condoning the delay of 46 days in filing the present Civil Application. 2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Advocate of the applicants, inadvertently, did not mark the listing of the matter before the Registrar [Judicial], therefore, the office objections could not be removed within time. The learned counsel further submits that the present Civil Application may be allowed in the interest of justice.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated

13703.22CA 15.10.2021 passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] is set aside. The Review Application is restored to its original position. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of. 4] The applicants are granted three weeks time to remove all office objections. In the event, office objections are not removed within three weeks, the order dated 15.10.2021 passed by the learned Registrar [Judicial] will stand restored.
